Frenchman's Creek Donates to Local Swim Program

Because of the generosity of the Frenchman's Creek Charities Foundation, Palm Beach Gardens is offering the Learn To Swim Program free of charge to the 40 toddlers enrolled at the Riverside Youth Enrichment Center.

The program not only will put preschoolers ahead of others but also will enhance the community by improving the quality of life of its youths.

The city offers two three-week sessions during the year -- one during the fall, and one in the spring. The lessons are taught by highly qualified water-safety instructors on staff at the aquatic complex. Each session will consist of six 30-minute group lessons.

This year's fall session began Sept. 17. Owners of homes in Palm Beach Gardens who are interested in the Learn To Swim Program for their childern can call 561-630-1118.
